The role of the People Advisor - EMEA will provide an invaluable source of employee advice and understanding to the EMEA retail management team. Working closely with the People Partner and the retail management the role will be key in supporting the retail business to achieve their objectives and retain and develop top talent across all markets, as well as being part of new country distribution and store openings ,due to rapid business growth and expansion across the EMEA territory

A native speaker based in France or Germany, being our current largest European markets is welcome, as this role is pivotable in contributing to the ongoing European growth of Charlotte Tilbury.

- Netherlands
- Spain
- Italy
- Poland
- UAE

**Role Accountabilities**:
**People Advisor**
- Be the first point of contact for EU employees advising on employee relation matters across the various European regions ensuring compliance to the differing legal jurisdictions and Charlotte Tilbury’s ways of working
- Update and support the maintenance of the HR information system, Charlotte’s Web and employee files for our EU teams in accordance with local GDPR
- Support the team in designing organising, planning and delivery of People focused training content
- Work with the wider People Retail team to provide support and timely and accurate responses to queries from the field teams on all people related matters
- Support on all annual and bi-annual people processes (performance reviews, pay review, engagement surveys, succession and development planning) continually reviewing the way we do things to make sure we are bringing the magic to our teams
- Act as a guardian and a role model for our brand values, ensuring that you embrace the challenge, disrupt, and innovate, win together, and share the magic in all that you do
- Support on Talent Mapping, succession planning and pipelining for field,Magic Office, management roles and high talent artist opportunities
- Be a field-support for payroll queries and concerns
- Develop expert HR knowledge within each of the EU markets
- Support the management of all Long-term Sickness (LTS) / Occupational Health Referral cases
- Work closely with the Senior and Retail People Partner on key projects and initiatives
- Support the implementation of People policies, processes and ways of working, proposing and implementing changes necessary to cover risks and improve efficiencies
- Stay up to date with relevant legal updates and HR trends
- Support smooth and timely execution of the People strategy and road map across our stores and counters
- Work in close partnership with the Talent Acquisition Team and People Team to ensure Retail recruitment is delivered within budget, in a timely and efficient manner attracting the best talent available
- Support launch and execution of new and existing benefits, salary reviews, mid and year-end reviews, bonus allocation and associated business communications
- Support on Employee Engagement surveys, conducting listening groups and delivery of follow up bespoke actions across the EMEA regions

**Requirements**:

- Ability to speak German and/or French is desired
- Highly organised and able to prioritise workload effectively
- Logical and proactive in their approach to work
- Self-starter who thrives in team environment and autonomous working
- Able to effectively influence, negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
- Able to communicate concisely and effectively across multiple platforms
- Confident in presenting to large groups of people
- Able to travel across Europe as and when required
