Social Media Administrator

Reporting to the Office Manager, this is an existing opportunity working as an Administrator / Social Media Assistance in a growing business.
We are looking for a conscientious, driven, hardworking and ambitious individual to join the team.
You will be responsible for various administrative tasks including using the in-house computer system.
You will also be responsible for running campaigns, including updating the company website.
**Principle duties**
Meet and welcome visitors
To manage incoming callsManage live chat
Creating shipment documentation
Raising PO numbers
Data input
Monitor, track, and report upon social media performance
Update website content as required including news articles
Create engaging content to enhance the band on social media (LinkedIn)
Maintain Social Media platforms
Analytical - analyse and report on performance with Google Analytics
To take photographs for digital and print channels and enhance imagery
Essential skills
Excellent telephone and communication skills
Excellent Organisation and multi-tasking skills
Good time management skills
The ability to work under pressure, grasp concepts quickly and meet set goals and critical deadlines.
Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheets.
Accuracy and pay attention to the detail.
