**Company Overview**:
We are a modern and professional salon located in the heart of Great Yarmouth, offering a wide range of beauty and nail care services to both ladies and gentlemen. We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team. Your role will involve maintaining high standards of customer service and supporting our technicians with beauty treatments and general salon housekeeping.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist with nail treatment preparation and finishing
- Handle reception duties, including greeting clients, answering calls, and booking appointments
- Maintain stock and product levels
- Perform general housekeeping and cleaning tasks
**Requirements**:
- Experience in a salon environment is preferred but not essential
- Studying for or having gained a Beauty Qualification Level 2 or above is preferred but not essential
- Self-motivated and able to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable and flexible, with the ability to work within our operating hours
- A strong desire to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must be eligible to work in the UK and provide relevant documents as needed
