**Package**:

- Hourly wage up to **£11.50 **per hour
- Share of gratuities circa **£4,000** per annum, paid monthly
- Access to wage stream, Access **up to 50%** of your salary in advance of pay day.

We are looking for **a Bar Supervisor**, ideally experienced in customer service, to join our team at The Wellington Arms pub, hotel & events venue located in the beautiful Wellington Estate in Stratfield Turgis, between Basingstoke and Reading.

You will be an enthusiastic person who shares our passion for great service. You will be a highly valued and crucial part of the front of house team being the face of our brand, ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience every time.

**Salary**: Up to £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
