**Key Purpose of Role**:
An opportunity has arisen for a temporary Administrator within the Facilities Division. In this role you will be responsible for provision of administrative support to the Accommodation Manager and facilities team at Dalriada Student Village.

The successful applicant will be required to liaise with contractors/subcontractors, schedule cleaning and maintenance, provide administrative support for bookings. Also, the role will involve providing general office admin and dealing with queries and requests.

**The Person/Skills required**:

- Ability to plan, prioritise and organise work activities
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Outgoing, forward thinking and adaptable

**Essential Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum of GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 1 year working in an office environment
- Excellent IT literacy and knowledge of Microsoft office products
- Experience of managing data through a database and/or Microsoft Excel

**Desirable Skills & Experience**:

- Experience in customer service
- Experience dealing with contractors/subcontractors
