S4K need enthusiastic, energetic and committed individuals to join our rapidly expanding team and begin their journey to become a highly sought after S4K Camp Coach. You will learn;

- Safeguarding and Health and Safety responsibilities
- How to communicate and interact with parents
- What are your responsibilities when working with school and nursery staff
- How do you manage the operations of day-to-day coaching
- Creating and developing effective and long lasting relationships with schools and nurseries
- How to identify talented children, and grow and nurture these talents
- How to observe and assess other coaches and help them improve their skills
- How to identify gaps and needs in the children’s sports coaching market, and innovate in developing new products and services
**The Role**
You will be responsible for caring for children at our **S4K Camps **, supervising and leading activities for children between the ages of 4 years - 12 years old.
You will be a valued member of the S4K Family contributing to the expansion of the S4K Way and the mission to revolutionise children’s care, physical and mental well-being across the UK and Internationally
**Hours: 30 to 50 hours per week**
**Location: Surrey and Berkshire**
**Duties will include**:
- Delivering quality sessions within a safe and caring environment.
- Organising and setting up the sessions space.
- Undertaking session administration, where necessary.
- Facilitating good communication with all members of the organisation and parents.
- Undertaking appropriate and relevant training.
- Keeping the work environment healthy, safe and secure.
- Working within the framework of the club’s policies and procedures.
- Taking responsibility, Decision making, Leading/Managing people and building relationships

**Specification and requirements**
- Experience of working with children 4 years to 12 years old
- Understanding the varied needs of children and their families
- Provide and facilitate safe and creative sessions
- Good communication skills
- Able to work as part of a team
- Sound judgement and common sense
- Sufficient understanding and use of English to ensure the well-being of the children
- Experience of working within a sport-based setting
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Current Paediatric First Aid Certificate, (would be desirable)
- Please note due to Ofsted regulations, you must be 17 years old, or older to apply.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary
Part-time hours: 30-50 per week
**Salary**: £10.42-£12.00 per hour
