This charity organisation is seeking an experienced Marketing professional to join it's team

The role can be working from anywhere in the UK with travel occasional for a meeting in London
- To deliver marketing activity to support our business and marketing strategies, drive audience reach and engagement, and support the drive for revenue.
- To help create innovative marketing campaigns and engaging digital campaigns, and the production of high quality content in print and digital formats.
- Research and oversee events and speaker opportunities, ensuring these are aligned to our marketing strategy.
- Work in collaboration with colleagues across the organisation, build upon the strength of brand identity as a leader in its field
- Develop and deliver marketing campaigns that support the organisations’ marketing strategy for our products, learning and events, for new and existing members.
- Build strong and collaborative relationships across the organisation to support engagement with key audiences and stakeholders.
- Work in collaboration with colleagues in the Product Innovation Directorate, as well as those in Business Development, Data Integrity and Member Experience teams to successfully engage and inform members with our products, systems and data, maximising theirexperience as members
- Responsible for creating marketing campaigns using a wide range of channels and tactics, including organising events, webinars, mail campaigns, social media, and paid-for activity
- Research and oversee the organisation of all events and speaker opportunities
- Respond and adapt quickly to changes in the industry or business priorities to evolve marketing activity
- Create marketing assets and collateral to drive revenue growth, ensuring our tone of voice and messaging is on-brand and aligned with all our communication channels and business values
- Work in collaboration with Communications colleagues to build upon existing opportunities for marketing activity
- Work with the Business Development team to optimise the marketing/lead funnel for leads, ensuring opportunities are followed up in a timely and effective manner
- Analyse lead sources through the organisations’ CRM, advising on improvements for lead generation, including carrying out regular analysis of marketing and campaign activity
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure marketing activity is delivered on time and on-brand and is focused on delivering high-quality leads
- Support in the organisation and delivery of events and forums in order to maximise lead generation, expenditure and return on investment
- Represent the Marketing & Communications team at meetings as and when required

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree in marketing / communications or equivalent qualification. 2-3 years relevant experience acceptable.
- Experienced marketing professional
- Experience of selecting, designing, marketing and managing events and campaigns and creating marketing materials
- Ability to use own initiative, with excellent organisational and planning skills
- Creative and analytical thinking style, tenacious in the face of obstacles, and an ability to work professionally to deadlines
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Able to respond positively to change, identifying the need for change and innovation.
