**Events Promotion Assistant**

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a passionate and energetic Events Promotion Assistant to join our team.

**Position Overview**:
The Events Promotion Assistant will play a key role in organising, and executing promotional sales events and campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive sales. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a creative mindset and a passion for event management and marketing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning and coordination of promotional sales events, including product launches, store openings, trade shows, and community outreach programs.
- Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, and promotional materials.
- Set up and dismantle event booths and displays, ensuring all elements are in place for a successful event.
- Provide on-site support during events, including greeting attendees, distributing promotional materials, and facilitating activities.

**Promotional Campaign Support**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and tactics to drive attendance and engagement at events.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as flyers, posters, and social media content to promote upcoming events.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of promotional campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

**Customer Engagement and Relationship Building**:

- Interact with event attendees in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions and providing information about products and services.
- Collect feedback and gather contact information from attendees to build relationships and generate leads for future marketing efforts.
- Follow up with leads after events to nurture relationships and drive sales conversions.
- Represent the company brand positively and professionally at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field.
- Previous experience in event planning, promotions, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for promotional campaigns and events.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate event schedules.
- Ability to lift and carry event materials and equipment as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £27,000.00 per year
