**Helpdesk Administrator**

Office based role

Location: Hull

**Salary**: £20,475

Hours: Mon-Fri

Grafton Recruitment are delighted to be working on behalf of one of their successful clients in the Hull area who are looking for a Helpdesk Administrator.

**The role**:

- Updating open jobs on the system
- Deal with reactive/quoted/compliance requests from client
- Assisting with scheduling routine maintenance for contract clients
- Involved in out of hours rota (weekends)
- General Administration duties

**You will need**:

- Excellent telephone manner
- Administration skills
- Customer service skills
