We are seeking Claims Representatives to join our team on a commission basis. As a Claims Representative, you will be responsible for cold calling customers who have purchased solar products, spray-foam insulation, or Properla wall coating, to determine if they feel they have been mis-sold and assist them in filing claims accordingly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cold calling customers to inquire about their satisfaction with purchased solar products, spray-foam insulation, or Properla wall coating.
- Assessing whether customers feel they have been mis-sold and gathering necessary information to support their claim.
- Providing excellent customer service and guidance throughout the claims process.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure claims are processed efficiently and accurately.
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and claim progress.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a desire to succeed.
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload.
- Access to a computer, internet connection, and phone for remote work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £100.00-£30,107.57 per year

Expected hours: 8 - 60 per week
