We are seeking to recruit a Healthcare Support Worker (band 3) to work within NHS Borders developing Hospital at Home Team. They will work within a dynamic and motivated team delivering hospital-level care to patients in their own home.

Previous experience of working within a nursing care setting** **is desirable but not essential. Applicants must be enthusiastic, caring, having excellent communication skills and be adaptable to working in different environments.

The post will be based in Borders General Hospital working within the Central Locality in the first instance but the post holder may be required to travel across the Localities to meet service need as the service expands. A driving licence is essential.

This post is advertised as 37.5 hours, however, consideration will be given to part time hours.
Please note: the salary quoted is for full-time hours (37.5 hrs per week). For appointments to part-time hours, the salary will be pro-rata.
