AWE currently has an exciting opportunity for both a **Physics Business Operations Coordinator or Physics Business Operations Analyst.**This role would support the delivery and operational capability of the Physics subfunction within the Science function here at AWE.

**Location** - Aldermaston

**Package** - £25,850 - £42,000 (depending on your suitability and level of experience)

Are you looking for a role that is dynamic, interesting, and challenging, with no two days the same?

**What would you be involved with?**
- **Data analysis**:Providing metrics to input into the Physics Visual Management Board (VMB), Annual Appraisals Process or other dashboards.
- **Documentation**: Updating documentation to reflect new processes or procedures e.g., Operating model, management arrangements, Physics Bulletin.
- **Recruitment**:To support business operations with recruitment, early careers, and outreach.
- **Training**:To support business operations with training, upskilling and knowledge capture activities.
- **Subfunction**:Support the Head of Physics and Physics Business Operations team with managing the sub function, company initiatives and any other reasonable duties that align to this position.

**What would you be responsible for?**
- Providing data required to support the Physics VMB, Physics away days and others.
- Producing minutes and manage action logs to track and close out all actions raised through the Physics management meetings, all hands, line managers meetings and team briefs.
- Provide support to the Physics Business Operations team with recruitment, outreach, headcount and the supply and demand (Integrated business planning).
- Provide support to the Physics Business Operations team with shaping and implementing the functional training requirements, upskilling and knowledge capture activities.
- Assist with the development and implementation of the tools and framework for the Physics SharePoint Sites on Ozone and RedNET.

**What would you need to be considered?**
- Strong communication skills with the ability to form strong stakeholder relationships across the business.
- Good business acumen with experience supporting a variety of business disciplines.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance conflicting demands, prioritise and deliver effectively under pressure.
- Strong administration skills with diligence.
- Experience in presenting high level metrics in a meaningful way for trend analysis to a wide range of audiences.
- Computer literate with a good working understanding of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and SharePoint.
- Excellent track record of delivery and engagement with senior stakeholders.
