My client a Bodyshop in the Essex area are looking for a highly experienced BODYSHOP/WORKSHOP CONTROLLER to join their friendly hardworking team.

My client is looking for an experienced Bodyshop Controller to join their already successful motor trade team working within this busy Bodyshop.

You will need to be a team player and able to work to deadlines. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to use your own initiative.

**Responsibilities**:

- Delegating work to the technicians
- Liasing between the technicians and customers
- Working to tight deadlines
- motivating and driving the workshop to achieve budget performance

The applicant will be a pro-active member of the dealership's management team and be responsible for overseeing and motivating the team of professional bodyshop technicians.

Experience working within a busy main dealer environment is preferred but not essential. A good understanding of the warranty process is also beneficial.

The successful applicant must have an excellent attitude and be able to work as part of a team. They must take pride in their work, in line with the levels of excellence expected.

The applicant should have excellent technical knowledge along with strong organisation and motivational skills as well as full experience in managing a busy bodyshop/Workshop.

**Working hours are 07.30 - 17.30 Monday to Friday Full UK driving license required.**
