Here at The Edinburgh Woollen Mill we have a fantastic opportunity for a Cashier to join our Accounts team based at our Head Office in Carlisle.

**Main purpose of the role**:
To process and post bank transactions and reconciling bank accounts.

**Responsibilities**:
**Day to Day Payroll Processing**
- Processing bank payments on the Online banking system ensuring payment deadlines are achieved and all payments made accurately and on time
- Download bank statements from the bank and import into the finance system
- Posting bank transactions, manual payments, direct debits and receipts to the finance system
- Reconciliation of bank accounts
- Deal timeously and courteously with any external or internal queries ensuring that query is satisfactorily resolved.
- Preparation and posting of exchange rate adjustments
- Setting up and maintaining supplier accounts on the finance system
- Any other duties as required
