Clerk of Works

We have an amazing opportunity available to join Connexus as a Clerk of Works in our Investment Team. The Investment Team is at the heart of our 30-year investment program on delivering excellent quality homes.

We are looking for an experienced building professional to undertake a Clerk of Works position. You will be responsible for ensuring programmed works are carried out to contract specification and drawings and will be competent with all on-site health and safety arrangements. You will also contribute to the KPI’s of contracts and the specification & material selection on capital investment works.

This role has been identified as suitable for hybrid working which will be a combination of home working and working from our offices with Head office at Craven Arms and travel to other offices as required.
