Social Media Marketing Associate

We are a group of four dental practices, offering a wide range of treatments from general dentistry to cosmetic smile makeovers. We're looking for a qualified Social Media Executive to join our marketing team
If you are a self-driven, ambitious and tech-savvy professional we would love to meet you We are expecting you to be experienced in handling social media, photography
- still and video and promotional events. You will need to attend the Clinics on a weekly basis to take photos and videos of patients and staff.
Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all social media communications across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and more.
**Social Media Executive duties and responsibilities**
- Set, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies
- Social Media Content Creation
- Record Video testimonials of patients
- Digital content
- still and video of patients and staff
- Respond to customers in a timely manner
- Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews
- Coordinate with TCO, management and reception teams
- Build relationships with customers, and other industry professionals
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
Social Media Executive requirements
- Proven work experience in a similar role
- Experience planning and leading social media campaigns
- Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
- Hands on experience with social media management
- Ability to interpret website traffic
- Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest or passion in social media and fashion.
**Job Types**: Contract, Part-time
**Salary**: From £15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
