Winslow Church of England School is a popular two form entry primary school in the centre of Winslow although we also welcome children from surrounding villages. **About the role**:
**Duties and responsibilities of an LSA include**:

- Supporting the vision and values of the school
- Supporting the class teacher and working closely with them to deliver learning
- Preparing the classroom and associated area ready for use
- Assist with the general management of children and resources
- To work with children on specific activities
- Supervise children at break and lunch
- Fostering supportive relationships with the children within the school

**About you**:

- A good level of English and Maths
- Sensitivity and understanding to build good relationships with our children
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- An active listener who is proactive and compassionate in their work
- Good interpersonal skills to build a rapport with our children
- Experience of working with children in a learning environment
- The flexibility to work in partnership with all staff
