As part of our commitment to creating a positive school experience, we are seeking a Midday Supervisor to work within our client school in NG12 part time Mon-Fri during Lunch hours.

**Job Description**:
As a Midday Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and positive behaviour of our students during lunchtime breaks. This part-time position offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and engage with students during lunch breaks, both indoors and outdoors.
- Promote positive behaviour and a respectful atmosphere among students.
- Ensure students' safety and well-being, responding to any issues or concerns promptly.
- Assist with lunchtime arrangements, including setting up and clearing away dining areas.
- Encourage physical activity and playtime in a safe and inclusive manner.
- Collaborate with other school staff to maintain a harmonious lunchtime routine.

Qualifications:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient and caring demeanour.
- Ability to manage and supervise groups of children effectively.
- Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting is a plus.
- Commitment to the well-being and positive development of students.

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position, typically during lunch hours, with exact timings to be discussed.
