**Your part in the team**:
Your role will see you working as part of our clinical support team to help integrate our vision into reality through excellent organisation and task implementation. This will involve being part of and co-ordinating a fantastic team.

You will be directly involved and see first hand the impact that your clinic wide assistance has on the health and lives of those we serve and also have the opportunity to be involved in future expansions.

Your week will range from calling potential new clients and ensuring the clinics are fully stocked to organising and attending team social events and networking with other local businesses to boost our community impact

**What you will need to succeed**:

- Thrive and adapt in a fast paced environment
- Be awesome on the phone including outbound call handling experience
- Be great with spreadsheets and CRM software
- Enjoy facilitating and organising a team
- Have the communication skills to build great relationships within all areas of the team and with clients too
- Have a full UK driving licence

**The nitty gritty**:

- Semi
- remote working. Tasks that can be done at home are encouraged to be done so however travel between all clinic locations will be necessary during the working week.
- The contract is for 20 hours per week. The clinics are open between 0800 and 2000, Monday to Friday and 8:00- 13:00 Saturday. You will be expected to operate flexibly within that range.
- The initial pay scale will be determined by experience and suitability to the role at interview.
