Today, the business is run exclusively from Innsbruck, Austria where the co-founders, David, Lukas & Thomas lead a team of 100+ people. Finding the volume of experienced talent they need to continue their growth has been difficult therefore they recently opened a London HQ which will house the majority of the commercial and demand creation functions going forwards, leaving the Innsbruck HQ to manage the majority of the back office administration.

In parallel, Women's Best are creating a new operational board to work closely with our Co-Founders allowing them to move away from day-to-day trading activity to focus more on the business’ 3-5 year plan, where we believe revenues of €500m are achievable.

**About the role**:
As a Copywriter at Women's Best, you will write, proofread and publish online content to eCommerce platforms, category pages, adverts, social media posts and blogs so must have excellent copywriting skills as well as an understanding of SEO.

Responsibilities will include..._**
- Write grammatically correct and persuasive web copy for online products
- Update and maintain product listings
- Ensure images, content and keywords are optimised
- Create data files with new product information
- Conduct simple keyword research
- Support the eCommerce manager with e-marketing tasks
- Help promote content on social media platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
- Write clear and compelling copy to describe products
- Create advertising texts for brochures and banners
- Work with designers on landing pages for new product features
- Ensure all content we produce is true to the product and consistent with our brand
- Collaborate with designers to create appealing graphics that complement text
- Conduct competitive research to identify our strong and weak points
- Promote product copy online (e.g. on social networks)
- Update product descriptions as needed (both on our websites and other online resources)

**About You**:

- Have 3-5 years working in advertising and branding agencies.
- Have great copywriting skills; equally comfortable writing intriguing headlines, compelling long copy, punchy calls-to-action and perfect end-lines
- Are an originator. This isn’t about following TOV guidelines, you’ll be helping young companies define their voice, leading by example.
- Have a creative mind and an eye for detail
- Want to make work that stands out and gets people talking
- Keep your finger on the pulse for what’s happening in culture, design and writing.
- Meet deadlines and can juggle projects for different brands at the same time
- Collaborate well and take feedback
- Fight for ideas when you believe you’re right
- Respect the work and the people you work with.
