**Cafe Team Member/Mobile sandwich van - School hours**

We are looking for someone to join our team within our Café and small sandwich Van near to Crownhill in Plymouth. This role is to ensure customers’ expectations of all food, beverages and customer service are exceeded. The role will be working between the cafe and driving the sandwich Van. This will include, but not limited to all aspects of the cafe operation including cooking breakfasts, making sandwiches/salads/creating specials, food preparation, using equipment, cleaning, health and safety, along with any other reasonable task to be undertaken. The small sandwich van is new to the business, this will be stocked mornings and taken to one location a mile away to service a large office block. A drivers license is essential for the weekday role. We also have weekend work available in the café only.

Key Responsibilities
- To provide hospitality to all users of the café.
- To provide excellent customer service, serving customers promptly, courteously and with a smile.
- Ensuring that food and drink that is prepared and served to customers is of a consistently high standard and is well presented.
- Maintain a clean & tidy environment within the café, the seating area and the toilet facilities.
- To assist in the opening/closing according to procedure on a daily basis and as required.
- To manage the pre orders and customer needs.
- To be responsible for the cash handling processes.
- Carries out other tasks as required.

Health and Fire Safety
- To fully comply with all Health and Safety and Food Hygiene regulations and compliance of Company Health & Safety Procedures at all times.
