**Duties**:

- Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding as necessary
- Set up and operate powder coating equipment, including airless paint spraying systems
- Ensure proper thickness and coverage of powder coating for optimal results
- Monitor and adjust equipment settings to maintain quality standards
- Inspect finished products for defects or imperfections and rectify as appropriate
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work area
- Assist with materials handling, including loading and unloading items for coating
- Ensuring equipment and filters are cleaned as per rota
- Updating internal systems
- Attending all necessary meetings
- Adhering to our 3S'ing rota

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of precision measuring instruments for quality control purposes
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles is a plus
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks

Hours: Monday - Thursday 7.30am to 4.30pm | Friday 7.30am - 1.30pm

Overtime is currently available at a higher rate

Pay: Starting rate £12.36ph - £25,708.80

Once your probation period has finished, you will be reviewed monthly on your character, where your bonus pay will be adjusted to match your rating.
