**About the Role**

**Salary**: £44,195 - £50,611 + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

**Working Pattern**: 12 month Fixed Term Contract or Secondment | Full Time | Flexible First options available

**What is the Role?**

As the Smart Data Lead you will manage all Smart operational data, regulatory reporting, and Smart campaign data management activity. You will maintain agile methodologies, oversee a team of developers and analysts with the remit to deliver an industry-leading Smart reporting capability and ensure relevant supplier licence conditions are met. As part of your role you will:

- Be accountable for the integrity of Smart operational data utilized by the Smart Programme under the new Evolve & Event Platform environment.
- Supervise the development and maintenance of critical & core Smart campaign and operational data pipelines in conjunction with Evolve & Event Platform teams and drive continual improvement.
- Drive meaningful data visualisation and analytics using business intelligence reporting tools, such as Power BI, to deliver MI that not only identifies crucial areas of the end-to-end Smart campaign; it will also empower stakeholder self-serve reporting and support the diligent completion of numerous regulatory and industry returns.
- Champion agile and continual improvement ways of working, whilst supporting individuals’ learning and personal development.

**What do I need?**

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

- Previous experience as a team manager working within an agile environment with a proven ability to create an inclusive and collaborative working environment that effectively and efficiently achieves objectives and manages multiple priorities.
- Continuous improvement experience with a strong understanding of Six Sigma, Lean and Kaizen.
- Experience of presenting logical conclusions from potentially complex data to provide recommendations to improve process efficiency and make decisions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead, inspire and develop your team.
- Experience of leading in a fast changing technical, operational and commercial environment with strong business acumen,
