Operations and Team Assistant. Central London

This is a great opportunity for an Administrator/Assistant with 1-3 years of office support experience and willingness to develop their career, preferably within the real estate investments area, to join a growing investment firm with a super-dynamic diverseinternational feel. With an experienced team and ambitious Partner, the firm is committed to growth while aspiring to maintain and nurture business relationships with its team members, partners and service providers.
From day one as Operations and Team Assistant, you will have a great impact on the business and become a driving force and a backbone for the team. The main areas of focus for this role will be supporting the Investment Director and the Executive team inall admin tasks including managing the business environment, supporting transactions, obtaining information and sharing it with relevant parties.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support including arranging meetings, writing meeting summaries and logging action items etc.
- Support management team in all admin requirements
- National and international travel arrangements including booking trains, flights, accommodation, and transportation for various team members
- Various admin projects as required
- Oversee and support all business functions of the office to ensure a smooth business operation
- Basic HR responsibilities - recruitment and onboarding, HR records keeping, coordinating teamwork
- General HR responsibilities - policies and procedures, employee welfare, company events etc.
- Suppliers’ relations and maintenance management
- Database management - archiving various company documents, creating a sustainable document management system
- Arranging and managing the team’s expenses and payments
- Working closely with an accountant in regard to payments management, invoicing and receipts management
**Ideally, you will be/have**
- 1-3 years of support experience - reception, administration, team support, PA
- A motivated individual seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity in a fast-paced environment in a growing team
- Must have exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, friendly and welcoming
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products
- An excellent level of English (Reading, Writing and Speaking) is essential
- An Eastern European or European language is a bonus, but not a must
