**Core responsibilities will typically include**:

- Understand the legal requirements (H&S & environmental) for tenders.
- Understand the contractual requirements (scope of works & specifications) for tenders.
- Good knowledge of industry standards that are required to be met.
- Experienced engaging with specialist subcontractors, suppliers, designers and utility companies (or similar) to ensure competitive and accurate tender is submitted.
- Establish what resources are required for the efficient completion of the projects.
- Maintain good relationships with clients, consultants and colleagues.

**Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience**:

- Experienced in a similar role.
- Confident in pricing demolition / earthworks / groundworks (£1 Million + value)
- Understanding of the JCT Standard Forms of Contracts / similar.
- Knowledge of legal requirements for tender process.
- Hold a Construction related professional qualification or degree (equivalent)
- Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- UK driving licence holder.
