Multi tradesperson required to join our small team on various refurbishment projects.

Skills and demonstrable skill required:

- Kitchen installations
- Bathroom installations
- Structural alterations (knock throughs etc)
- General building (small extensions)
- Garden room construction
- General finishing (boarding, plastering etc)
- 1st & 2nd fix carpentry
- 1st & 2nd fix plumbing

This role is for a sub contractor, CIS registered. You will need as many of the above skills as possible and be confident to work both alone and with others.

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: £160.00-£200.00 per day

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brighton and Hove, East Sussex: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Scaffolding (preferred)
