**Job Spec**:
We are now looking for a yard person to join our Astley depot to ensure the smooth day to day operations by maintaining the yard, workshop and loading/unloading of equipment.

Your duties will include:

- Ensuring the yard, workshop and office areas are kept tidy
- Cleaning Machines
- Loading / unloading of equipment. Crane experience is preferred but not essential
- Forklift driving. Experience is preferred but not essential
- Monitoring stocks on fluids & ancillary equipment
- Maintaining knowledge of relevant health and safety requirements in relation to your role
- Delivering parts to site and assisting fitters on site
- Assisting fitters as required in the workshop
- Representing Premier Concrete Pumping in a professional and knowledgeable way
- General yard and workshop maintenance as required.

Qualifications:

- Full UK Driving Licence

**Hours**:
7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday inclusive with a lunch break of 30 mins with two 15 min breaks.

**Salary**: Up to £10.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Astley, Greater Manchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
