Allen Lane are delighted to be assisting a London based University the recruitment of an Finance Research Analyst. The University are going through a tremendous period of growth and have exciting plans to build on that growth over the next few years. Thisnewly created role will report to the Senior Finance Business Partner for the faculty and support the Finance Business partnering team with the financial and administrative management of their grant budgets. The role will include but by no means be limitedto;
Responsible for providing administrative support across a portfolio of grant contracts within their faculty

Reviewing the budget spend against grant awarding requirements

Budget monitoring and working with Project managers to monitor their budgets

Responsible for the timely reporting of research grant income

Providing KPI reports and making sure that income is correctly allocated against project codes in Oracle

This role will be hybrid working with 2 days in the office each week
