Due to an internal move here at Aiimi - we are currently looking for an experienced Corporate Concierge to join our fab Operations team.

As the Aiimi Corporate Concierge you will be responsible for the day to day running of the Aiimi HQ in Milton Keynes From welcoming our Aiimi guests to ensuring seamless delivery of both internal and external Aiimi events.

You will be based 5 days a week in the Aiimi HQ in Milton Keynes and dependent on event bookings, flexibility to facilitate these will be required, therefore start and finish times may vary however you will be provided with ample notice.

**_Please note we are open to both full-time and part-time applicants._**

**A day in the life of an Aiimi Corporate Concierge**:

- Support internal and external events by arranging catering, booking locations and facilitating at the event as required
- Maintain the office environment - to include stationary orders etc.
- Manage the parking spaces for team members and guests, creating a booking system and ensuring that this is effectively used
- Liaise with building management and facilities as needed
- Undertake training as relevant to become the Health & Safety Officer for Aiimi and keep a log of those who have completed any office-based training, when these are due to be renewed and arrange the training sessions
- Assist in diary management and room bookings as needed
- Travel coordination
- Manage the Reception area and greeting guests/clients as they arrive
- New staff inductions to include office tour, access & processes
- Support the operations team on ad hoc tasks as required

**Requirements**:

- A background or degree in hospitality and/or corporate concierge would be ideal for this role
- A real passion for events & people
- Have a proactive approach
- Excellent organisation skills and able to prioritise your workload in an ever-changing working environment
- You will need to be flexible in your approach so that you can go from welcoming guests to attending a facilities meeting to ordering the weekly office shop
- Have strong attention to detail
- Have experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook
