Otto Associates are currently working with a client on their Lead Student Counsellor vacancy.

The Trust is addressing the pressing issue of young people's mental health needs by establishing its own counselling services within its educational institutions. This presents an exciting opportunity for a counselling professional to shape this new service.

As the Lead Student Counsellor, you'll play a pivotal role, serving as the Mental Health Lead for the Trust. In addition to providing counselling sessions and interventions, you will be responsible for recruiting and managing a team of placement and volunteer counsellors at each site.
