At Solutions 30 our primary task is to make our customers’ lives easier when it comes to new technologies. With more than 15,000 service engineers, we make sure that things around you work the way they are supposed to. From installation to maintenance to general assistance - we provide the right solutions to get things going and keep things going.

To deliver Fibre at scale that exceeds the financial sales forecast and maximises the resources in the field to achieve the CPPP for S30 and the client the job holder needs to provide the required management information for the contract through dashboards and KPI to support the business
- Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and project governance, this involves defining project requirements to align the forecasted THP
- Defining the project delivery methods and types of resources required to deliver the forecast
- Adopt the vested model approach and set common project culture through communication and best practices
- Producing schedules and budgets with the desired THP and resource allocations
- Administrative support across the contract unit for project conception through to project closure
- Produce and manage the overall tracking of the contract requirements and generate the weekly dashboards to support the performance management
- Attending and presenting at proposal meetings, planning activities to achieve the number of homes passed
- Preparing budgets and overseeing the financial administration of planning projects.
- Key Skills:
- Outstanding research skills together with an in-depth knowledge of Fibre
- Analytical ability to understand and interpret data for a range of audiences
- Exemplary administration skills with an ability to make sound and appropriate judgements at each stage of the planning process
- Solid project management skills with an ability to be flexible when required
- Strong numeracy skills with some experience of managing complex budgets
- Good listening skills with an aptitude for superior written and verbal communications
- Client facing competencies with the ability to present and communicate at senior levels and across a range of stakeholders
- Experienced in using planning software and data systems that all are able to view and understand for all on all on the fibre unit.
