We require a full time IT PMO Coordinator to play a key role in supporting the IT Project delivery team in the implementation and day to day management of key projects. We have a varied portfolio of projects spanning across all the business disciplines. Supporting the Senior Project Managers, you will be self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and will promote and maintain project governance throughout the full project lifecycle, within all IT project teams.

**The role**:

- Govern and advise all members of the Project teams on IT Project Management Standards.
- Continuously review and update when necessary out internal Project Management Standards.
- Promote the Project Management Standards and governance procedures within the IT department.
- Distribute IT PMO report to wider IT team.
- Liaising and co ordinating a team of project managers through the Project Management lifecycle.
- Manage the IT Programme of Work portfolio, by communicating existing timelines and potential conflicts/slippage with regards to current and new projects requests.
- Assist in the administration of the setup and closing out of each project during the Analysis and Stabilise phases.
- Other associated duties within the IT department.

**The person**:

- The postholder must be able to work successfully on their own initiative and work well as part of a team. They will be highly motivated, process driven and with meticulous attention to detail.

**Essential Criteria**
- Educated to degree level with more than 1-year relevant experience in a similar role; OR more than 3 years relevant experience;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience in communicating with Senior management;
- High proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite;
- Knowledge of the full systems delivery lifecycle, using traditional (waterfall) or agile delivery methodologies.

**Desirable Criteria**
- Previous experience of IT within an FMCG/manufacturing environment;
- Possess a relevant professional qualification, e.g. PRINCE2 Foundation.
- Previous experience as a project officer / coordinator.
- Previous experience with SmartSheets for IT PMO.
