Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for an Accounts Assistantto join a growing business in the Horshamarea on a permanent basis.

**Your duties will include**:

- Responsible for Accounts Payable including inputting of supplier invoices onto SAGE 50 Accounts, and using Excel to compile monthly payments
- Assisting the Director with various financial reports and financial processes
- Assisting with Company Credit Card receipts and Petty Cash
- Checking prices
- Inputting data on to various office systems
- Supporting the Admin Team with general office duties as when required and helping answering incoming telephone calls during busy periods

**Key requirements**:

- Some experience of working in an account’s role
- Ideally you will have experience of Sage Line 50
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
- Be process driven
- Able to multitask

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Horsham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
