Weekend Waitress

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking dedicated Weekend Servers to join our fantastic team here at the newly re-opened Belvoir Bistro at The Engine Yard. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and enhancing the dining experience for our guests.

**Duties**:

- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and courteous manner
- Present menus and explain daily specials to customers
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver orders to tables promptly and ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food
- Upsell menu items and beverages to increase revenue
- Provide exceptional guest services throughout the dining experience
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant industry preferred but not essential
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills for handling payments and transactions
- Culinary knowledge is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to assist team members in various tasks
- Must be available to work at Weekends and/or Bank Holidays

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £9.00-£11.75 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 16 per week
