Signature North East is recruiting for a Sales Progressor to join our Morpeth branch. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a beautiful location.

For this role you MUST have experience in sales progression. Working days will be Monday - Friday with every bank holiday off and time off over Christmas. All employees have access to and get discounts on food and drinks in our brand new exclusive Signature Lounge.
Salary is competitive and negotiable upon experience.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing property sales from offer acceptance to completion
- Liaising with all parties including solicitors, vendors or third parties
- Keeping on top of all legal compliance and assuring protocols are followed
Key attributes:
- Impeccable organisation and communication skills
- The ability to prioritise workload
- Clear communication is paramount, both written and verbal
- Working with timescales and staying organised to manage workload
- Maintaining exceptional customer service at all times
- Experience within sales progression
- Experience within estate agency
- Experience working with Alto property software is desirable
