Our O2C Analysts are part of a team of awesome Yugoers across the globe, they are #Futureshapers who drive their own growth and success and we are looking for someone equally as phenomenal to lead that team

As an essential member of the Finance team, the O2C Lead is responsible for ensuring customer invoices are raised efficiently, that customer billing calculations are accurate and generate relevant customer billing data. The role is also responsible for ourdebt processes for the Yugo business.

Here's what you'll do:

- Manage and review all outputs from the Property O2C team.
- Prepare and post month-end bad debt schedules for all properties.
- Prepare property commercial invoices (including laundry revenue and others) in accordance with month-end deadlines.
- Complete reconciliation of the commercial debtor balances.
- Produce reconciliations and reports of activity.
- Addressing escalations and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Reconcile VAT and prepare property VAT returns, in accordance with statutory deadlines.
- j. Assist the Finance Manager - Property Revenue with audit queries on revenue during interim and year end audits.

Here's what you'll need:

- Relevant degree in Finance, Business Management or Economics would be a huge advantage.
- Strong experience of invoice management, cash receipt management and/or revenue management.
- EPM experience with FP&A system to update actuals, forecasts, budgets and contribute to close processes.
- Demonstrable experience of team management within a finance team.
- Excellent standard of written and spoken English (Spanish or German would also great but not essential)
- Experience or Oracle Netsuite would also be great
