**The role**
Are you the special person we are seeking? We are looking for someone to be the welcoming face and voice for our Botley clinic, greeting cats and clients on their journey with us. A desire to deliver a high level of client care and a friendly atmosphere in our practices is crucial. The training required means that we are looking for an individual who thinks this could be a long-term passion. Applicants should be able to empathise with clients and colleagues alike, but, most importantly, have a love for customer service and be confident working in a busy working environment and facing the public.

Part time

31.5 hours a week

The hours of work will be 8am to 2pm Monday to Friday with one in four Saturdays working 9am to 2pm.

**Skills and experience**
Previous customer service and admin experience is essential i.e. relevant experience in either Veterinary, medical or other highly customer focused role. Good attitude, aptitude, punctuality and attendance will win through. We can teach you the details but not the mindset Our customer care team are vital team-members in our clinic, at the hub of things. We provide various training courses and opportunities to each member of this team. If you have the passion, we will help you grow.

Computer literacy and competency; numeracy; effective communication; multi-tasking and time-management skills; the ability to remain calm in a busy environment whilst dealing with emergencies; a passion for providing a high standard of client care.
