Our client is a long established, well regarded family office with an outstanding track record as an investor, developer and funder of commercial and residential property transactions.

Our client is very well capitalised and is looking to take advantage of current market conditions and build their loan book, focused on bridge lending.

Typical facilities will be up to £10m in size and whilst opportunistic, it is envisaged that the business will target the provision of bridging facilities for commercial property investment transactions

Experience of originating and executing property investment loans with an existing network within the sector

Bridge finance experience would be ideal but is not a prerequisite

Strong credit analysis and deal structuring experience

Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
