**Trainee Negotiator duties include**:

- Communicate with potential tenants to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective tenants.
- Ensure that property information is accurate and up-to-date on various platforms.
- Assist in negotiating rental terms between landlords and tenants.
- Assist in the preparation and completion of rental agreements and other relevant documents.
- Provide excellent customer service to both landlords and tenants.
- Perform various administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate appointments and schedules for property viewings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: upto £20,000 with commission structure

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- 1 x Saturday per month with a week day back in lieu

**Benefits**:
