Wills and Probate Solicitor

I am currently recruiting for and **experienced Wills & Probate Solicitor** (ideally being at least 3 years PQE) on behalf of my client who are an innovative firm that’s core disciplines are Accountancy and Law.
You will have an appetite for growth as the firm has a continuous development culture, so you will be expected to identify opportunities to improve, drive efficiencies and integrate our services.
The team you will be working with is a small, close knit Legal team, which is divided into three departments of Corporate, Property and Wills and Probate.
Essential skills:

- Wills and estates fee earning at Partner equivalent level (i.e. can work autonomously without supervision).
- Responsible for all aspects of Wills & Probate work and on occasions, where appropriate providing technical expertise and guidance to other team members
- Taking part in our “joint-up” concept, collaborating with our Personal Tax team on client leads and cross-referrals,
- Experience of wills, LPA's, tax planning and trusts dealing with elderly client issues.
- Professional pro-active approach, strong client care skills and a sensitive and sympathetic understanding of clients’ needs (those of elderly clients and grieving families)
- Networking, marketing the department and developing services
- Attending occasional client visits.
- Identifying and assisting with the implementation of processes to make delivery of the work and general administration of the team more efficient (managing juniors on Will Bank project).
- Identify and assist with the implementation of business development initiatives to facilitate department growth
- Take responsibility and/or work as part of small units for the delivery of certain firm-wide projects (i.e. not necessarily linked to Wills and Estates or even private client work)

The firm are offering **FULL REMOTE working**, as a **starting salary of between £60,000- £70,000** (dependant if this person has a following) and **UNLIMITED HOLIDAYS
