Maintenance/delivery Person

**Your role**
- As a key part of the restaurant team you will work as a supportive colleague and demonstrate a high level of enthusiasm for the standards in all areas of the restaurant inside and out
- Key responsibilities are maintaining cleanliness and planned maintenance of equipment in the restaurant
- Use initiative accepting and storing deliveries safely and securely communicating any issues to the team.
- Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures
- Consistently deliver and maintain the highest McDonald’s standards of quality, service and cleanliness
- Follow uniform guidelines and take pride in your personal appearance
- Take responsibility for your training in all areas; look for opportunities to improve and develop
- Keep the McDonald’s Values alive in the restaurant and at the heart of everything you do

- Make it special - act as a role model - be welcoming, personalise your comments and connect with your team
- Create a great impression using positive and confident body language being approachable
- Make it genuine
- Proactively anticipate restaurant needs so they don’t have to ask, reporting stock or equipment issues to managers
- Actively look for ways to make the restaurant better supporting food safety, health and safety and planned maintenance requirements
- Implements all workplace safety and security procedures, records and acts upon any hazards identified on shift
- Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect.
