**Role Overview and Responsibilities**:
As a Digital Content Associate, you will be providing key support to the content marketing solutions & product team. The successful applicant will be integral in assisting with the long-term growth of the product portfolio. This role is critical in providing a world-class experience to our procurement, sustainability and wider business communities through the creation of high-value written and digital content and by producing valuable community interactions, via our webinar programme. The role will be integral to organising and delivering membership & partner webinars. Technical and customer support including direct support of external customers and partners will be part of the role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Liaising with clients and speakers to set up webinars
- Using project management tools to ensure precision and delivery of live webinars
- Using marketing platforms to set up and execute marketing activities to drive attendance of live events
- Creating usage statistics and reports for partnerships team and clients
- Preparing deliverable products in accordance with a schedule as well as responding to unscheduled client and internal requests
- Working with the content and digital teams to optimise our audience’s webinar experience
- Contributing to expanding the team’s broader digital media output (videos, podcasts, virtual events, etc.)

**Insight generation (approx 1 per month of each of the following)**:

- Produce written outputs from our monthly calls with Procurement leadership teams, CPO's and CSO's. This requires synthesising the insights delivered on the call alongside some background research and producing a piece of content worthy of sharing amongst our communities via the website.
- Produce quality case studies, using stories and interviews from our members.
- Produce articles or features based on Global news, reflecting on how events such as the polycrisis era affects our audience.

**Key Attributes, Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years working experience within a content production environment and role
- Highly organised - juggling tasks and managing time effectively, also effectively managing competing priorities
- Excellent planning and project management skills
- Analytical and numerate, excellent attention to detail
- Confidence with using Google suite, especially Gmail for call scheduling.
- Ambitious, eager to learn about new enabling technologies related to your role and willing to keep a finger on the pulse of the changing content and media landscape to meet the demands of our customers

**Nice to have skills**:

- Understanding of the ON24 platform
