We at Tearfund's Global Fundraising Group are looking for a skilled, unique, passionate and highly experienced leader to join us as Head of African and Caribbean Engagement (ACE).
Now more than ever we are excited about the future as we continue to work with partners around the world and churches across the UK, following Jesus where the need is greatest.
We are developing a brand new platform ‘The Well' that seeks to work with Black Majority Churches specifically, creating a unified space where the future of international development can be reimagined.
This senior position is an incredible opportunity for you to lead the team that will effectively engage with our growing community of Black Majority Churches within the U.K, and shape the direction and strategy for Tearfund in this area.
Do you have experience of:
- Black Majority Churches within the U.K
- Developing and implementing a strategy
- Networking and building partnerships
- Achieve challenging annual fundraising targets
Do you have knowledge and understanding of:
- Trends and developments in the UK African & Caribbean church
- Building successful sustainable relationships with Black Majority Church leaders and influencers in the UK
- International development
- Fundraising

**Hybrid Working**: This role is eligible for hybrid working and you will be required to work from a designated Tearfund office and from your home by agreement with the line manager. This is a full time role and the salary is £64,416 per annum.
