We are looking to engage an experienced Independent Reviewing Officer who is based in London to support our unaccompanied asylum seeking children in care (UASC).

**Team/Specialism**:Child Protection

**Pay Rate**: Up to £45 per hour (assignment rate)

**Contract**:Locum, Ongoing

**Hours**: Full-time

**Main Duties**:

- Support our unaccompanied asylum seeking children in care (UASC)
- Attending meetings in person on the Isle of Wight will be required a couple of days a month

**Requirements of the Social Worker**:

- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant frontline experience in Children’s Services
- IRO expereinced in working with UASC
