Fundraising Administrator - part time (25 hours per week over 5 days)

I am currently recruiting for an administrator to work with the fundraising team of a small charity based in South Manchester.

Your role will be:
? Deal appropriately with incoming and outgoing correspondence and calls

? Fulfilment of thank you letters to all fundraisers and donors ensuring all processes are followed to meet the best standards of internal and external customer care

? Responsible for the fulfilment of all fundraising requests

? Being the key contact for bespoke fundraising events, and leading on communications for these events

? Send out fundraising materials when orders are received, working with the Fundraising Officer and Manager as well as volunteers to ensure everything goes out in good time

? Support the Fundraising Officer with social media posts where required, check-ins on social media and good luck wishes

? Support the wider team with any ad-hoc administrative tasks, especially events focused and corporate fundraisers

You will need to have:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a confident communicator
- Able to manage a diverse and demanding workload
- Good keyboard skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask effectively and excellent organisational skills
- Effective time management skills with an ability to solve problems
- Keen to learn, strive for continuous improvement and make a difference
- Willing to pull together and support as part of a team
- Valid driving licence

This role is working within a fabulous, well established charity, supporting adults with complex needs and physical difficulties who are well known in the local community.
