Based on the original stories of Mike and Alison Battle ‘Lapland’, the show, is a ground-breaking immersive theatrical production that brings to life the mythical elven world of Father Christmas. Lapland celebrates the wonderment of childhood through our magical world, rich story telling & memory making experiences.

**Role - Guest Operations**

The Guest Operations team within 'Father Christmas Land’ manage the flow of guests and are the main point of contact as they journey along the woodland pathways. They also help guests to check-in at Compass’ Lobby, ensuring everything is ready for their personalised audience with Father Christmas.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Crowd management along the outdoor woodland pathways leading to ‘Father Christmas Ladd’, ensuring that the flow rate of guests is pro-actively managed - minimising queue times and maintaining a premium guest experience.
- Use of our onsite system to check guests in, whilst sharing key information about their visit.
- Deliver a world-class service to guests, ensuring that any issues are resolved in-the-moment, with a touch ofLapland magic

**Where is Lapland?**

Lapland is based in Whitmoor Forest, in Crown Estate on Swinley Road, Winkfield Row near Ascot SL5 8BD.

**Key Dates**
- E-LEARNING: You will be required to complete e-Learning prior to starting your in-person training.
- PAID TRAINING: Your training plan will vary depending on your role. Training will take place on select dates between the end of October 2023 and the beginning of November 2023.
- LIVE EVENT: In 2023 Lapland will run from Thursday 10th November - Saturday 24th December.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 10 weeks
Part-time hours: 18-44 per week

**Salary**: £15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ascot, SL5 8BD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
