SUMMARY OF ROLE
- Responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of all allocated projects from initial scope to successful delivery within agreed timescales, budgets and to agreed standards.
- Responsible for generation and maintenance of all project related documents e.g. business case, project plans (including resource and timescales), requirements documents, design documents, RAAID log, meeting records.
- Responsible for gaining approvals as required and producing all required presentation, reports and MI as required
- To introduce and reinforce project based disciplines and governance to work packages across the business
- To manage change and gain stakeholder buy-in across all business areas

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDED (BUT NOT LIMITED TO)
- To compile and agree project scope according to individual business work requests
- To identify and engage appropriate internal and external SME's
- To liaise, negotiate and secure resource as required, balancing the needs of BAU activities
- To delegate project responsibilities and deliverables as appropriate
- To schedule regular project progress reviews
- To generate and maintain all project related documentation e.g. project plans, RAAID log, meeting minutes and approvals
- To generate all reporting, MI and presentations as required
- To communicate project progress to key stakeholders
- To identify communicate and mitigate all risks and issues
- To identify, communicate and address slippage
- To deliver project within agreed timescales and to agreed quality standards
- To conduct benefits tracking post-delivery/launch as required
- To represent IDM as a SME to internal and external customers and partners
- To actively identify potential areas of additional revenue generation or cost saving e.g. system or process improvements
- To support colleagues as required e.g. offsite system demonstrations and project management consultation during tendering & bid process, system training, project management consultation as required
- To maintain a positive and professional presence at all times - motivating self and others
- To attend meetings and training as required
- To continually develop own knowledge and skills in line with departmental, organisational, market and customer requirements.

- To deliver projects within agreed parameters e.g. budget and timescale
- To be perceived as a professional projects SME by business colleagues and stakeholders
- To add value to projects and business processes e.g. by reducing process costs
- To generate and maintain all project documentation
- To adhere to all IDM policies and meet GDPR and compliance requirements
- To be punctual and effectively manage own and others' time

BACKGROUND AND QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED VS DESIRED)
- Bachelor's degree, Prince 2, Masters or PMP
- Related/relevant project management experience, with demonstrable experience in process improvement, software and system implementation or integration
- Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office Suite
- Articulate and clear communication style, both written and verbally, with the ability to provide consultation to partners and customers, while managing expectations
- Stakeholder management
- Highly organised with the ability to multi-task & prioritise in a fast paced culture
- Strategic thinker with the ability to influence combined with a 'roll up your sleeves' approach and the ability to executeFieldglass
