ProTalent are currently working with a well-established and hugely respected accountancy practice to recruit an Accounts Assistant for their team in the South East.

**The role**:

- As Accounts Assistant, you will ensure that all client administrative matters are up to date and accurate and take responsibility for client billing and recovery of internal costs. You will need to have at least three years’ experience in practice, be self-motivated and driven to look after a portfolio of owner managed business clients, working directly for the managers and partners in the department.
- The objectives of the Accounts Assistant are to control a portfolio of clients and ensure that compliance matters are with on time
- A huge variety of clients, the successful applicant will build exposure and gain valuable technical experience

**The Applicant**:
** **Excellent communication skills
- Qualified to ACA, ACCA, or AAT, or qualified by experience would be considered
- Self-driven and highly motivated
- Strong attention to detail
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in practice
