If you're an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a focus on Early Careers and able to easily commute 3 days per week to Bristol, Exeter or Reading (some flexibility for other UK office locations) then this could be your dream role

Stantec is rapidly growing, via organic growth and acquisitions. Our highly regarded Talent Acquisition team plays a key part in supporting our ambitious growth plans. At almost 3,000 professionals across our UK & Ireland business, 25% of which are in early careers, we have plans to reach 10,000 in the next 4-5 years.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Early Careers), you'll play a pivotal role by:

- Partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service, becoming their go-to TA early careers expert.
- Championing diversity and inclusion: Work collaboratively to attract diverse talent, and foster a welcoming, inclusive recruitment process.
- Leveraging data and analytics: Track recruitment metrics, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous process efficiency.
- Staying ahead of the curve: Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative approaches to early careers talent acquisition.

**About you**:

- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably focussed in early careers (construction/engineering will be highly regarded).
- A proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring in a high-volume environment.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence across all levels.
- A passion for diversity and inclusion and a commitment to building equitable teams.
- A keen eye for detail and highly organised.
- Proficiency in recruitment technology, assessments, and data analysis.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a drive to excel.
