During your internship, you will obtain practical legal experience and improve your commercial awareness, gaining a broader appreciation and understanding of business requirements, how it functions and be involved behind the scenes, considering not only legal but commercial best interests.

***How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Legal Research
- Drafting, issuing, and negotiating standard legal documentation e.g., Non-Disclosure Agreements
- Supporting the legal team comprising lawyers and contract managers
- Proof-reading and cross-checking documentations
- Contract implementation queries
- Assisting in training business colleagues on legal and contractual principles
- Other ad hoc tasks as required

**What you bring**
- Have completed a Law degree or have successfully completed the Graduate Diploma in Law
- Have good spoken and written English
- Are analytical with a keen eye for detail
- Feel comfortable communicating with colleagues (engineers, finance, sales, senior management) within the business, across the country and the globe.
- Have legal curiosity, innovation, initiative, and strong collaboration skills

We are committed to providing the highest ethical and quality standards for the legal advice provided by the legal team and we are looking to recruit a full-time legal intern to join us.

**Rewards/Benefits**
- The role will be a 12-month fixed term contract.
- The role will require attendance at an office (Newcastle/South Manchester/Warwick/Lincoln) however we are currently operating a hybrid way of working, with some working from home acceptable
